1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Timeframe: Orders may only be cancelled within 60 minutes of successful order placement, provided the order has not entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages.
• Quick Order Processing: Most VIGORMAX orders are processed automatically immediately after confirmation to ensure faster dispatch. Once processing begins, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted, even if the 60-minute cancellation window is still active.
• Non-Cancellable Orders: After an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it will be treated as final and cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances.
• Company Rights: VIGORMAX reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any cancellation request at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Deduction of Charges: In cases where cancellation is exceptionally approved, applicable transaction fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, or handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Note: Cancellation requests are considered a conditional service offered by VIGORMAX and should not be treated as a guaranteed customer right.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests at VIGORMAX are subject to strict verification and approval conditions. Customers must ensure that all eligibility requirements mentioned below are fulfilled before submitting a refund request.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 15 days from the original invoice date.
  • The product must have been purchased directly and exclusively from the official VIGORMAX website: vigormax.in
  • The item must be completely unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging condition.
  • Products that are opened, partially used, tampered with, damaged, or altered in any manner will not qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping fees, convenience charges, handling charges, transaction fees, taxes, and any partial payments are strictly non-refundable.

  Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. VIGORMAX reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund claim that does not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions or company policies.

3. Refund Request Procedure

• To submit a refund request for an order placed on VIGORMAX, customers must follow the steps mentioned below:

  2. Provide complete details including your full name, order number, registered email address or phone number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting information or proof if required.
  3. Our customer support team will review the submitted request within approximately 2 business days and notify you regarding approval or rejection of the request.

4. Return, Pickup & Product Inspection

• If a refund request is approved, VIGORMAX may arrange a courier pickup within 2–3 business days, depending on service availability in your location.
• In certain cases, customers may be asked to return the product at their own expense and responsibility.
• All returned products undergo a quality inspection within 2 business days after reaching our warehouse or return facility.
• Refund eligibility is confirmed only after successful inspection and final approval by the VIGORMAX team.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund initiation generally takes place within 2 business days after successful product inspection and approval.
• The refunded amount may reflect in your bank account or payment source within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
• Applicable transaction charges, shipping costs, convenience fees, or administrative deductions may be adjusted from the final refund amount wherever applicable.

6. Shipping Responsibility & Risk

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs, packaging expenses, or risks involved in returning products unless VIGORMAX specifically arranges a prepaid pickup service.
• VIGORMAX shall not be held responsible for product loss, damage, delays, or courier-related issues during customer-arranged return shipments.

7. Company Rights & Limitations

• Refunds and cancellations are provided as a customer support facility and not as a guaranteed or mandatory obligation, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
• VIGORMAX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from courier delays, stock unavailability, payment gateway failures, technical issues, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
